Make an idea meet reality
A studio invitation to choose a question, make a bounded attempt, observe consequences, and revise without forcing a success story.
Choose an idea you care about, not one selected because it looks impressive.
Begin by writing:
- What are you trying to understand, change, or create?
- What do you know, and what do you merely need to be true?
- Who may be affected?
- What is the smallest honest encounter with reality?
- How much can you afford to lose?
- What result would make you continue, stop, or change the question?
Use Mapping assumptions and Running small experiments if they help. You may modify or reject them.
Record the attempt through Decision journaling. The resulting trace does not need to become a success story. It may end with “I was wrong,” “the result was inconclusive,” “I no longer support the original goal,” or “the question became more interesting than the answer.”
The work remains yours.
